I have been working on the web since 2006, after starting my career in desktop development with Visual Basic, and have followed the evolution of the industry's main stacks and architectures. I have worked in fintech, payments, retail, information security and tracking, with strong hands-on work in PHP/Laravel, Go and Node.js, plus frontend with React and Vue.

   Senior Fullstack Developer

   BSN Pagamentos Guarulhos, SP

   Business-critical financial systems in PHP/Laravel, including the e-Financeira module and digital signature inside the existing banking software.

   • Built the implementation of the e-Financeira module of SPED Fiscal inside the existing banking system, with the first submission at the end of the first half of 2025 and coverage of around 5,000 accounts
   • Architected the code structure of the solution while the DBA defined the tables; proposed model adjustments to improve the development flow
   • Implemented digital signature compliant with ICP-Brasil standards, cutting spending on third-party technology and keeping the scope restricted to the bank's own operation
   • Worked on APIs and applications with PHP, Laravel and Go, plus modeling and query optimization on SQL Server (MSSQL)

2. 11/2023 — 03/2025

   Senior Fullstack Developer

   Zanthus São Paulo, Brazil

   Gradual modernization of a legacy retail platform, with the first module validated in about 3 months and the operation kept running throughout the transition.

   • Responsible for maintaining the automation management platform, a business-critical legacy system running on PHP 5.6
   • Rebuilt the old system on a new stack (Laravel + React.js), validating the first module in about 3 months with the first customer, while the remaining modules were updated gradually
   • Lower support load compared to the previous version, along with UX/UI improvements, increased user understanding and platform usability

   Migration of critical modules of the information security platform, with WAF integration and reorganized monitoring and reporting.

   • Worked on the migration of the company's main information security platform: authentication, incidents, vulnerabilities, notifications and reporting modules
   • Integrated the platform with a WAF, centralizing security monitoring and better organizing reports and information
   • Worked in a team of 8 developers for about a year and a few months, implementing a design system and modules focused on organizing information for customers

4. 05/2021 — 05/2022

   Senior Fullstack Developer

   Grupo Espártaco São Paulo, Brazil

   Rebuild of a real-time firearm tracking platform focused on performance and cost.

   • Built the new solution on my own in 11 months plus one more month of deployment preparation, creating the transition path for tracking devices already in production
   • Rebuilt the previous Groovy solution on a new architecture: a TCP socket server in Go for communication with the boards, MongoDB, a mirror server for data safety, and a web platform in Laravel + React.js
   • The rebuild reduced infrastructure cost by 40%, from around R$ 4,000 to R$ 2,000 per month, and from 4 to 3 cloud services on Linode
   • The cost reduction also reached the Google geocoding API cache, dropping from around R$ 2,000 to R$ 700
   • The platform came to support around 3,500 devices communicating in cycles from 10 minutes to 1 hour, with better stability and responsiveness than the previous version during incidents

   Originally built the system as a freelancer and, after being hired, evolved the existing codebase into a SaaS model while taking technical leadership of a 4-developer team.

   • Structured the evolution of a system I had created months earlier as a freelancer, adapting the existing codebase to serve as SaaS
   • Developed binary, matrix and unilevel allocation algorithms, ensuring performance and speed in the business rules' critical paths
   • Led a team of 4 developers (2 junior, 2 mid-level), organizing work in kanban and distributing the execution architecture across the team
   • In about 3 months, contributed to onboarding 11 customers and to average monthly revenue growing from R$ 40k to R$ 300k, customizing the system for different needs
